Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have a full 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We are happy to accept returns of products in the same condition they were received, unopened and unused in their original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR BROKEN OR IMPERFECT BATH BOMBS. Our Bath Bombs are made by hand and may vary in appearance. They may break during shipping, but they are still usable and will be enjoyable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please send photos of the damaged products you wish to return with your request to the email above.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on certain items like special orders or personalized gift packs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
While we will take returns on products purchased at a promotional price, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items due to imperfections, being sold out of season, or on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've reviewed your return and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten (ten) business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
